Feature:
1.Full-stroke follow-up pneumatic chuck, clamping degree, thin plate does not deform, pneumatic chuck can automatically center and clamp the workpiece in an instant with just one press of a button, and the clamping force is stable and adjustable. It is conducive to improving production efficiency. The pneumatic chuck has a simple structure, low use cost and failure rate, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. It mainly uses air as the power source. The pneumatic chuck adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the parts are carefully selected. All mating surfaces have dust-proof function. In addition to the unique material selection and heat treatment process, the service life of the manual chuck is greatly exceeded. The pneumatic chuck converts the force generated by air pressure and the angle of the wedge. In addition to the large clamping force, it also has a super self-locking function. When the air source is disconnected, it can still firmly clamp the workpiece for cutting, which completely solves the safety and reliability issues for customers.


2.The transmission system adopts internationally renowned brands, with stable transmission, fast speed and high positioning accuracy. It runs smoothly, has low noise, can absorb shock and buffer, has compact center distance and small size, constant transmission ratio, wide range of circumferential speed and power selection, and its transmission is relatively accurate, efficient, compact, reliable and long life. The instantaneous transmission ratio is constant, the transmission ratio range is large, and it can be used for deceleration or acceleration. The range of speed (circumferential speed of knuckle circle) and transmission power is large, and it can be used for high-speed, medium-speed and low-speed transmission; the power applicability range is wide, the transmission efficiency is high, and it is suitable for short-distance transmission.


3. Full-process intelligent protection, safer and more environmentally friendly. The equipment adopts a closed full-protection cutting area, which is conducive to reducing the harm of smoke and light radiation to the human body and avoiding smoke pollution to the environment. It meets the rigid requirements of the country for environmental protection. The closed protection design is more conducive to the collection of smoke and dust and the optimization of dust removal functions.

4. The upgraded anti-shake support system has more reliable cutting accuracy and enhanced and reinforced cylinder anti-shake follow-up support system. The "V" groove and "-" support surface can be switched at any time according to needs. The "V" groove is more suitable for round tubes and the "-" surface is more suitable for rectangular tubes, square tubes and other irregular tubes.

5. Automatic focusing laser head. The machine is equipped with a laser head with automatic focusing function. The focus can be adjusted automatically and is suitable for a variety of focal lengths. It does not require manual operation, which is convenient, fast and more accurate. The same laser head can quickly replace focusing lenses with different focal lengths to meet the cutting of plates of different thicknesses. The laser head focusing component is fully water-cooled all around to achieve high-power, small-volume long-term cutting without heating or fogging. It has the following main features:

(10) The circumferential position of QBH is adjustable to ensure that the red dot of each QBH faces outward, which is convenient for plugging and unplugging the fiber head: the focus position visual window ensures that the input focus and the output focus are accurately consistent.

6. Integrated distribution cabinet design, its main advantages are

(1) Low failure rate, because the failure rate of integrated circuits is relatively low compared to discrete component circuits, so the failure rate of the whole machine circuit is reduced.
